Credit/Debit card purchases and PayPal are available for online purchases, though if you are local to the Bournemouth area and would like to purchase via another method, please contact us.

Delivery

All orders will be sent via courier Recorded delivery. Unless you live local to the Bournemouth area, please let us know and we will often be able to arrange same day personal delivery. (UK Holidays will affect delivery timescales)

Returns

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your Top Binz purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will refund/exchange any purchase within 28 days of purchase

In all cases, your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition. If you have opened the order to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card
